All About Our
Friday Night and Saturday Crops

Although we know you love Weekend Getaways, we realize it's sometimes difficult to get away from your family and work for an entire weekend. We've decided to bring you a simpler, but quality oriented scrapbook event that is much like attending a Friday Night/Saturday Crop at a Scrapbook Store. Our Crops include Onsite Shopping by Our Scrapbook Treasures, Use of our Cropping Courtyard which includes different Diecut Systems and Punches,  and Prize Giveaways. We also provide a Yummy Dinner which includes a Main Item, Salad, Dessert, and Beverage. Unlimited Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate are  always available throughout the crop.


Our Crops take place at the NEW Country Inns and Suites in Austintown, OH. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the Ohio Turnpike, and is right off I-80 at the Rt 46 Exit. It is about an hour away from Cleveland, Canton, and Pittsburgh. Like all Scrapbook Queen Getaway locations, the hotel is very charming and offer a discounted rate of $69 night + tax for their two room suites that sleep up to SIX at no extra charge. If you had a party of SIX attending an 10 Hour Friday Night Crop, it would only be around $40 a person for a Girls Night Out including 10 Hours of Scrapbooking, Dinner, Overnight Accomodations, and Breakfast. As stated above, these Crops are much simpler than our Scrapbook Queen Getaways, but are still quality oriented scrapbook events at a great location.


Registration opens about 4 -6 weeks prior to each Crop. The exact date is posted  in advance. You can Register Online or by Calling Us. All Crops MUST be paid for within 7 days of making the reservation or the space will be filled. Due to these events being smaller in nature, big in value, and  limited in seating, Registration Opens only a month prior to the event with No Refunds will be given once your Registration is processed.

Join us for one day or for both! This is a great way to get away for the weekend at a very affordable price. If you choose Both Days when registering, you can leave your Scrapbook Stuff  out in the same spot all weekend and not clean up until its time to leave.

Most events we will have a Gourmet Pizza or Special Themed Buffet on Friday Night and a Yummy Dinner Buffet on Saturday which includes items such as Chicken, Pasta & Meatballs, Potatoes, Salad, Bread, and Dessert. Coffee, Tea, and Hot Chocolate  is also provided throughout the weekend.
