Payment Information

Payment for your Weekend Getaway is due within 10 days of your Confirmation Email being sent. Your email should arrive within 4 days of Registering for an event. We also send emails if an event sells out prior to it being posted to let you know that you are on a Wait List. If you do not see an email from us letting you know your status (as well as the tablemates you listed or registered) , be sure to check your Junk/Spam Mail folder as these confirmations go out in bulk and are often blocked. If you still can't find it, it is your responsibility to contact us by phone or email to check your status so your spaces aren't filled.

We accept both Checks and Credit Cards as forms of payment. Credit Cards are now processed through PAYPAL by using the shopping cart below. You are also able to pay for multiple registrations in one transaction by updating the number that you are paying for in the PAYPAL shopping cart. PLEASE NOTE: As long as you fill in ALL the contact information  when submitting the original Registration Form, you will no longer have to mail your registration forms in when using PAYPAL.
